Ann Ensey Papayoti is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of SkyView Consulting Partners. Ann has more than 17 years of airline experience including in–flight service, training development and facilitation, and project management.

Ann partners with individuals and businesses as a coach, mentor, educator and consultant challenging and motivating them to take action that is aligned with their goals, values and vision. Her clients are advantaged from her more than 20 years as a personal development program writer, public speaker and facilitator, as well as her professional certificatons in Coaching (CPC) and Energy Leadership (ELP–MP).

As a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines, Ann held the leadership position and served on numerous committees and focus groups before assuming various management positions including Coordinator of International, Latin America and Language of Destination programs. In her managerial positions, she worked with many cross–divisional teams to develop system improvements, and was elected to coordinate her department’s volunteer involvement with top Community Affairs projects. Additionally, she trained for and became a facilitator for leadership and business initiatives throughout her career, and led the training design and development for Delta’s Latin America Flying program.

As a project manager for Global Diversity and Comunity Affairs, Ann led the company's most visible and employee–active initiative, Habitat for Humanity. In this role, she led cross–divisional teams through numerous fundraising projects and coordinated the volunteer activity to build a dozen homes as a partnership between Delta and Habitat, a partnership that has grown into a global program. Additionally, Ann represented Delta Technoloty and led a cross–corporate Habitat build with Coca Cola, Bell and other large corporate IT divisions.

Ann attended Auburn University and earned a B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication from Samford University. Ann went on to earn her certifications in Coaching and Energy Leadership from the Institute for Professional Excelence in Coaching (iPEC).
